Our core seasonal service. We measure the property, design a layout that follows your actual rooflines, install commercial-grade fixtures, maintain them through the season, then take everything down and store it. One price covers the whole cycle.

The classic clean line along the eaves, gables and peaks. Fixtures are clipped to the roof edge at consistent spacing so the run traces the architecture instead of sagging between anchor points.
Tree & Shrub Wrapping
Trunk wraps, canopy lighting and shrub coverage. Wrapping is slow, fiddly work and it is where most DIY displays fall apart; done properly it is often the single biggest visual upgrade to a front yard.
Wreaths & Garland Installation
Garland along railings, columns, door surrounds and porch beams, plus wreath hanging at height. We handle the mounting, the lighting and the removal, including anything above ground level you would rather not reach.
Pathway & Yard Lighting
Walkway stakes, driveway edging and ground-level displays that tie the yard into the rest of the install, so the display reads as one design from the street rather than a lit roof above a dark lawn.
Custom Holiday Light Design
The design step that comes before any install. We walk the property, measure every run, and build a layout specific to your home — then show you what it will look like and quote a firm price before anything is ordered.
Christmas Light Removal & Takedown
Scheduled removal after the holidays, included in every seasonal install. Nobody in your household gets on a ladder in January. We also take down displays we did not install, if you have inherited someone else's work.
Holiday Light Storage
On seasonal installs the fixtures stay ours, so there is nothing to store, label or find space for in a garage. They come down with us and come back next season already sorted for your property.
Light Maintenance & Repair
In-season maintenance is included while your display is up. If a run goes dark, a clip fails or a section flickers, call us and we come out and fix it. Nebraska winters are hard on lighting, and we plan for that.
Permanent / Year-Round Lighting
Individually addressable LED fixtures in a low-profile channel mounted to your trim. Installed once, controlled from an app: warm white for the holidays, team colours on game day, orange at Halloween, or nothing at all. No annual install or takedown.

If you have never had professional lighting before, a measured roofline install is the usual starting point. It is the element that changes how the house reads from the street, and it is the hardest to get right yourself.
From there the two most common additions are tree and shrub wrapping, which fills the space between the roof and the ground, and pathway lighting, which stops the yard reading as a dark gap beneath a lit house.
If you expect to want lights every year for the next several years, it is worth asking about permanent LED lighting before committing to a seasonal cycle. It costs more once and nothing per season after that.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to book all of these together?
No. Most clients start with a roofline and add trees, garland or pathway lighting later. We quote each element separately so you can see what each one adds before deciding.
Which services are included in a standard holiday install?
Design, measurement, commercial-grade fixtures, installation, in-season maintenance, takedown and off-season storage are all in the one price. Tree wrapping, garland, wreaths and pathway lighting are quoted on top, because not every property wants them.
Can you take down lights you did not install?
Yes. If you have inherited a display or had someone else install it, we can remove it. We cannot warranty fixtures we did not supply, but we can get them down safely.
Do you offer permanent lighting as well as seasonal?
Both. Permanent LED lighting is installed once and used year-round; seasonal lighting goes up in autumn and comes down in January. We will give you a straight comparison of the two during the consultation.
