Who we are
Capital Shine Lighting is a lighting installation company based in Lincoln, Nebraska. You can reach us at (402) 318-1634 or capitalshinehome@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form on this website, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, property address, the service you are interested in, and your message. We collect this so we can respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
We do not ask for payment details through this website.
How the form works
Quote requests are delivered to us by a third-party form service, FormSubmit, which passes the submission to our email address. Your information is handled by that service in transit.
Analytics and advertising
This site uses the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which sets cookies and reports page views and form submissions back to Meta so we can measure our advertising. Meta may use this data in line with its own privacy policy. You can limit this through your browser cookie settings or your Meta ad preferences.
How we use your information
We use what you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare and deliver a quote, schedule work, and contact you about that work. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers described above.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business and tax record-keeping obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email capitalshinehome@gmail.com and we will action it.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
