As early as possible. Installation season runs from late October through mid-December and fills from the top down. Booking before the end of October gives you the most choice of install date, and if you are outside Lincoln you should book earlier still.

Yes. We use commercial-grade fixtures rather than retail strands, and on seasonal work the fixtures remain ours — they come down with us and we store them, so you are not buying and storing inventory.

Seasonal holiday lighting goes up in the autumn and comes down in January, and you rebook it each year. Permanent LED lighting is installed once into a channel on your trim and stays year-round, controlled from an app — holiday themes in December, team colours on game day, or just warm white. Permanent costs more up front and nothing per season after that.

Yes, on every seasonal install. Takedown and off-season storage are included in the quote, so you never have to get on a ladder in January or find somewhere to keep the fixtures.

Yes, for both residential and commercial work. We can provide documentation to a property manager or landlord before a commercial job begins.

Yes. We carry the equipment for multi-storey and steep-pitch work. If part of a property is genuinely unsafe to light, we will say so at the consultation rather than after taking the job.

No. The channel is mounted to the trim or fascia rather than driven through roofing material, and the install is planned so water sheds normally. We walk the mounting plan with you before anything is fastened.

Yes. Commercial lighting is installed after hours or before opening so your trading is not disrupted, and larger sites can be phased.

Most single-family homes are done in a day. Larger properties, multi-storey homes and commercial sites take longer, and the expected timeline is in the quote rather than a surprise on the day.
