About Capital Shine Lighting
Founded in Lincoln in 2024 on one idea: homeowners deserve lighting fitted to their home, not sold off a shelf.
Lincoln-owned, built on craftsmanship
Capital Shine Lighting was founded in 2024 right here in Lincoln, Nebraska, with a simple idea: homeowners deserve lighting that is fitted to their home, not sold off a shelf. What started with a handful of holiday installations has grown into a full-service permanent and seasonal lighting company working across the greater Lincoln area.
The thing that has not changed is the measurement. Every roofline, gable and garage bay gets measured before a single fixture is ordered. It is slower than showing up with a box of strands, and it is the entire reason a finished install looks like it belongs on the house.
What a measured install looks like
Four things we hold to
We measure first
No quote goes out before the property is walked and the rooflines are measured. A layout built from an estimate is a layout that will not fit.
Commercial-grade only
We do not install retail strands. The fixtures we use are rated for sustained outdoor use through a Nebraska winter, and on seasonal jobs they stay ours.
A firm quote, before we start
You get a fixed number after the consultation, not a range that moves once the work is underway.
We handle the whole cycle
On seasonal work that means maintenance, takedown and storage. On permanent systems it means warranty support and help reconfiguring scenes later.
An independent Lincoln company
Capital Shine Lighting is an independently owned Christmas light installation and permanent lighting company based in Lincoln, Nebraska. We were founded here in 2024 and we work only in Nebraska — Lincoln and the towns and acreages within about 30 miles of it.
We are not affiliated with, and have no connection to, any similarly named lighting or cleaning business operating in another state. If you are looking for Christmas light installation in Lincoln, Nebraska, this is us: (402) 318-1634.
Everything we do is lighting. We do not offer window cleaning, pressure washing or general exterior cleaning as standalone services, though seasonal promotions sometimes bundle extras with a full-home install.
Licensed and insured
We are licensed and insured for residential and commercial work, and we can provide documentation to a property manager or landlord before a commercial job begins.
We work across Lincoln and everywhere within about 30 miles of it, offering holiday light installation, permanent LED lighting and commercial lighting.
