Tell us about the property and what you are interested in. We will come out, measure, and give you a firm number — no pressure and no obligation.
Based in Lincoln, Nebraska
We are a mobile service — we come to the property rather than running a showroom. Lincoln is home, and we cover roughly 30 miles out from it.
Serving Lincoln and everywhere within about 30 miles. Not sure whether you are in range? Call or text (402) 318-1634 and we will tell you straight away.
The part people actually walk past. Entries, columns and door surrounds get measured with the roofline, not added on afterwards.
How the quote process works
Once you send the form or call, we get in touch to arrange a time to come out and look at the property. That visit is free and there is no obligation attached to it.
- We walk the property with you. We look at the rooflines, gables, peaks and garage bays, and talk through what you actually want lit. If you are undecided between seasonal and permanent lighting, this is the conversation where we help you work that out.
- We measure. Every run is measured rather than estimated, because a layout built from a guess is a layout that will not fit the house.
- You get a firm quote. Not a range. A fixed number, with what is included written out, before anything is ordered or scheduled.
- You decide. If you go ahead, we book an install date. If you do not, that is genuinely fine — you are not on a list and we will not chase you.
Useful things to have ready
None of these are required, but they speed things up:
- A rough idea of which parts of the property you want lit — front elevation only, or the full roofline, or specific features like a peak or a tree line.
- Whether you are thinking seasonal, permanent, or are not sure yet.
- Any date you are working toward, such as a holiday weekend or a deadline you have in mind.
- For commercial enquiries: who approves the work, and whether a landlord or property manager needs insurance documentation.
Timing
Holiday installation season runs from late October through mid-December and the calendar fills from the top down. If you want a specific week in that window — or if you are outside Lincoln, where we group nearby jobs into one trip — book earlier rather than later.
Permanent LED and commercial work runs year-round, though commercial jobs carry longer lead times because of the extra measurement and any landlord approval step.
Still deciding? The FAQ covers cost, takedown, warranties and the difference between permanent and seasonal lighting.
