We design
We walk the property, measure every roofline, gable and garage bay, and build a layout for your actual house — then quote it as one firm price.

Commercial-grade fixtures, put up cleanly and safely on the date we agreed. We clean up before we leave.

We maintain
A run goes dark or a clip works loose, we come back out. In-season maintenance is included for as long as the display is up.

We take down
After the holidays we pull all of it down ourselves. Nobody in your family is on a roof in January.

We store
The fixtures leave with us and we keep them until next season, so nothing of ours ends up in your garage.
Steps four and five are for seasonal work. Permanent LED lighting stays up all year, so it is covered by warranty instead.

How much does lighting installation cost?
Roofline work runs $8 per linear foot, which puts a typical Lincoln house between $800 and $1,600 installed, maintained, taken down and stored. Permanent LED is $15 per foot for Govee and $25 for Minleon, and trees are priced individually from $100. The full pricing, with the per-foot rates and tables, is published — the final number comes from measuring your actual roofline, and the consultation and quote are free.
When should I book holiday lighting?
As early as possible. Installation season runs from late October through mid-December and fills from the top down. Booking before the end of October gives you the most choice of install date, and if you're outside Lincoln you should book earlier still.
Do you supply the lights?
Yes. We use commercial-grade fixtures rather than retail strands, and on seasonal work the fixtures remain ours — they come down with us and we store them, so you're not buying and storing inventory.
What's the difference between permanent and seasonal lighting?
Seasonal holiday lighting goes up in the autumn and comes down in January, and you rebook it each year. Permanent LED lighting is installed once into a channel on your trim and stays year-round, controlled from an app — holiday themes in December, team colors on game day, or just warm white. Permanent costs more up front and nothing per season after that.
Do you take the lights down?
Yes, on every seasonal install. Takedown and off-season storage are included in the quote, so you never have to get on a ladder in January or find somewhere to keep the fixtures.
What if something stops working mid-season?
Call us. In-season maintenance is included while the display is up, and we'll come out and fix it.
