### Permanent LED lighting — installed once, stays up all year
- Govee: $15 per linear foot. 50–100 ft $750–$1,500; 100–150 ft $1,500–$2,250;
  150–200 ft $2,250–$3,000; 200–250 ft $3,000–$3,750.
- Minleon: $25 per linear foot. 50–100 ft $1,250–$2,500; 100–150 ft
  $2,500–$3,750; 150–200 ft $3,750–$5,000; 200–250 ft $5,000–$6,250.

Govee is the value option. Minleon uses a heavier pebble-style fixture that
reads as architectural trim in daylight. Both are individually addressable and
controlled from a phone app. Permanent systems have no takedown, no storage
and no seasonal rebooking.

## The five-step process

1. **We design** — walk the property, measure every roofline, gable and garage
   bay, and build a layout for that specific house. Quoted as one firm price.
2. **We install** — commercial-grade fixtures, on the agreed date, cleaned up
   before leaving.
3. **We maintain** — in-season maintenance included for as long as the display
   is up. If a run goes dark, we come back out.
4. **We take down** — removed in January. No customer goes on a roof.
5. **We store** — fixtures leave with us and are kept until the next season.

Steps 4 and 5 apply to seasonal work. Permanent lighting stays up year-round
and is covered by warranty instead.
